1. AGREEMENT & RESERVATION
This Rental Agreement is between EXPOSED and the individual or authorized business representative identified in the reservation (“Renter”).
The reservation identifies the rented equipment, included accessories, rental charges, security deposit, fulfillment arrangements, and return deadline.
The following policies form part of this agreement:

By accepting this agreement, Renter acknowledges receipt and acceptance of these terms and linked policies. EXPOSED will retain the accepted version and provide a copy to Renter.
2. ELIGIBILITY & VERIFICATION
Renter must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid government-issued photo ID.
The payment card must match the verified renter. Business payment exceptions require advance approval and verification of the business, representative, and payment authorization.
All contact and billing information must be accurate. Equipment will not be released until required verification is complete.
Accepted identification: Government Issued Id, Drivers License, or Passport
Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, In Person Apple Pay

3. PAYMENT & SECURITY DEPOSIT
Full rental payment is due at booking.
Security deposits are tiered based on rental price. The exact deposit amount must be disclosed before the reservation is completed.

Deposits are released after return and inspection, subject to applicable charges under the Damage & Loss Policy and this agreement.
A deposit applied toward a charge will be credited against the total. Renter remains responsible for any valid remaining balance.
4. RENTAL PERIOD & APPROVED OVERNIGHT RETURN
Standard rentals require same-day return before closing, by the deadline shown in the reservation.
Business hours: Sunday 11am -7pm Monday - Saturday 9am - 8pm
For shoots continuing after closing, Renter may request return by 11:00 a.m. the following day. This requires advance written approval and a revised deadline recorded in the reservation.
Approved overnight charge: $20
Weekend and holiday arrangements: Must be returned on holidays
A late pickup does not automatically change the return deadline. Contacting EXPOSED alone does not authorize an extension.
5. EXTENSIONS & LATE RETURNS
Extensions require advance approval, availability, payment, and a confirmed new return deadline.
A 30-minute grace period follows the confirmed return deadline. After that, an additional full-day rental charge applies to overdue items or the entire order.
Daily charge basis: published daily rate
Further overdue charges begin: 1 minute after 30 min grace period
Extension pricing: based on booking, price varies
Late charges stop when equipment is received through the approved return process or reaches the finalized lost-equipment accounting point described below.
Non-return threshold and required notices:
When rental accrual stops if replacement is charged:
Notification of a delay does not automatically waive charges. Exceptions must be approved in writing.
6. PICKUP, DELIVERY & SETUP
Pickup is available by appointment.
Delivery is available within 20 miles of headquarters for $10, subject to confirmation.
Distance measurement: 20 miles from Exposed Headquarters
$10 includes: Either delivery only or delivery and collection. ( must confirm and verify pick up )
Different collection address: Free
Waiting period: 10 minutes
Missed handoff or repeat-trip fee: $20
Renter must provide the delivery address and an approved recipient’s name and phone number. A studio owner or manager receiving equipment does not become financially responsible merely by accepting delivery.
Setup is an optional paid service and is included only when expressly booked.
Setup price and scope: $25 dependent on items, $50+ if a set needs to be set up
Teardown arrangements: no charge
Renter will not incur late charges for collection delays caused solely by EXPOSED when equipment was ready at the confirmed time.
7. RESPONSIBILITY & RETURN
Renter’s responsibility begins when equipment is handed to Renter or an approved recipient and continues until it is received through EXPOSED’s approved return process.
Renter remains responsible when another approved person transports, uses, receives, or returns the equipment.
Equipment may not be subrented or transferred to another renter without written approval.
Equipment must not be left unattended for return unless EXPOSED has expressly authorized the arrangement.
All equipment and listed accessories must be returned.
8. INSPECTION & SAFE USE
EXPOSED inspects equipment before handoff and after return.
Renter must review the equipment and accessory checklist and promptly report visible damage, missing components, or operating issues. A defect discovered later must be reported promptly upon discovery.
Renter must follow manufacturer instructions, use appropriate support equipment, secure equipment against loss or theft, and protect it from damaging conditions.
Unauthorized repairs, disassembly, or modifications are prohibited.
Equipment must remain within Georgia unless EXPOSED approves a written exception.
9. EQUIPMENT FAILURE & UNAVAILABILITY
Renter must report problems promptly and stop using equipment when continued use could cause damage or injury.
If equipment fails through no fault of Renter, EXPOSED will offer a suitable replacement when available or apply the following refund remedy:
Affected-item refund calculation: FULL CHARGE / PROPORTIONAL TO UNUSABLE TIME
Related delivery/setup refund treatment: full refund
Substitutions require Renter’s approval.
If EXPOSED cannot provide a reserved item, Renter may accept an approved replacement or receive a refund for the unavailable item.
If EXPOSED cancels the entire reservation, payments will be refunded according to the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
10. DAMAGE, LOSS & ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Damage, missing accessories, loss, and unreturned equipment are handled under the Damage & Loss Policy.
Before collecting additional charges, EXPOSED will provide an itemized notice identifying the charge, supporting basis, deposit credit, and remaining balance.
Payment deadline: within 2 CALENDAR DAYS AFTER NOTICE

Proposed payment authorization: Subject to express authorization, applicable law, and payment-provider requirements, EXPOSED may charge the authorized payment method for valid amounts due under this agreement.
11. UNPAID BALANCES & NON-RETURN
An unpaid valid balance may result in written demands, suspension of future bookings, and lawful civil recovery or collections.
Unreturned equipment may result in a police report, deposit retention or forfeiture under legally reviewed terms, and loss of eligibility for future bookings.
Any report must accurately describe the circumstances. This agreement does not establish that a crime occurred or guarantee law-enforcement action.
Return-demand procedure: 3 contact with renter then law enforcement
Payment-demand procedure: invoiced billed to renter then law enforcement or small claims
Future-booking restriction: no future bookings
12. INSURANCE & LIABILITY
A security deposit is not insurance.
Equipment insurance requirement: not required
Applicable orders and required coverage: add damage protect
No optional damage waiver applies unless separate finalized waiver terms are offered and accepted.
13. OWNERSHIP & GENERAL TERMS
Equipment remains the property of EXPOSED. Rental payments, damage payments, or deposit forfeiture do not automatically transfer ownership.
Reservation changes and exceptions must be confirmed in writing. An exception for one reservation does not automatically apply to future bookings.
