This policy forms part of the EXPOSED Rental Agreement.
1. CHECK YOUR EQUIPMENT
EXPOSED inspects equipment before handoff and after return.

Any unused balance will be refunded or released according to the finalized deposit terms.
Owner’s proposed full-deposit retention rule: security deposit will be retained if not items are not up to par , stolen, kept, not returned or etc

Replacement charges may apply. Deposit credits will be included in the final accounting.

10. UNRETURNED EQUIPMENT
Equipment remains EXPOSED’s property. Paying late charges or forfeiting a deposit does not transfer ownership.
Failure to return equipment may result in a return demand, police report, deposit retention or forfeiture under finalized terms, and loss of eligibility for future bookings.
Non-return threshold: Law enforcement will be contacted and police report filed
Required contact attempts and notices: 3 attempts , then law enforcement
When overdue rental charges stop: after police report
